An easy recipe for a family favorite side dish to serve for all occasions with a variety of entrees.
  • 8 oz. dry elbow macaroni, (boiled al dente and drained.
  • 4 cups shredded sharp cheese
  • 13 oz. can of evaporated milk
  • 1 ½ cups 2% milk
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1 tsp. White pepper
  1. Spray the Crockpot dish with non-stick spray.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and stir well.
  3. Pour the mixture into the Crockpot.
  4. Cook on low with lid on for about 3-4 hours.
  5. Do not stir while cooking.
  6. OPTIONAL: Sprinkle about a half cup of shredded cheese on top when done and allow to melt before serving.
