Simple Roasted Butternut Squash

  • 1 (3-4 lb) Fresh Butternut Squash
  • 1 tsp. Kosher Salt
  • 1 tsp. Cracked Black Pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. Robust Olive Oil
  1. Peel, Cut and Cube the Butternut Squash
  2. Preheat oven to 400°
  3. In a bowl, toss the cubed butternut squash with the Olive oil.
  4. Place the cubes onto a foil lined baking pan.
  5. Salt and Pepper the squash
  6. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes, turning half way through.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy!
