Not Quite Mississippi Crockpot Roast

Simple four ingredient dinner entree
  • 1 Chuck Roast about 3 lbs.
  • 1 single packet of Ranch Dressing Mix
  • 1 single packet of Au Jus Gravy Mix
  • 1 small bag of Red Pearl Onions, skins removed
  1. Wash roast and place into Crockpot.
  2. Sprinkle seasoning packets onto top of roast.
  3. Place onions around the edges of the roast.
  4. Cover with lid
  5. Cook on low about 8 hours or until meat is tender and done.
  6. Crockpot cook times vary. Use a meat thermometer to test for doneness.
