Bacon Pecan Chocolate Chip Cookies Recipe

An easy six ingredient cookie recipe which begins with a packaged mix.
  • 1 (17.5 oz.) pkg. Betty Crocker Chocolate Chip Cookie mix
  • ½ Cup butter softened (not margarine)
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 Tbsp. water
  • ½ Cup chopped pecans
  • ½ Cup chopped cooked bacon
  1. Preheat oven to 375°.
  2. In medium bowl, stir (by hand, no mixer needed) cookie mix, butter, egg and water until soft dough forms.
  3. Stir in prepared bacon and pecans. Be sure you have patted the bacon using paper toweling to remove any grease.
  4. Drop dough by rounded tablespoonfuls 2 inches apart onto an ungreased cookie pan.
  5. Bake approximately 11 to 13 minutes or until light golden brown.
  6. Cool 1 minute before removing from the pan to a cooling rack.
  7. Serve and enjoy!
