Crockpot Brown Sugar & Pineapple Ham

Never mind the oven, this Crockpot ham recipe is tender and delicious without heating up the kitchen
  • 1 Butt portion ham (about 7 lbs.)
  • 1 can (15 oz.) sliced Pineapple in heavy syrup
  • ¾ Cup brown sugar
  • 9-12 whole cherries in syrup
  1. Trim excess fat from ham.
  2. Rinse ham and place flat side down in slow cooker
  3. Drain juice from pineapples into a bowl.
  4. Blend brown sugar with pineapple juice and pour over the ham allowing excess to stay in the pot.
  5. Use toothpicks to hold pineapple rings into place all over the ham.
  6. Cook on low about 5 hours or until internal temperature reaches 160ยบ.
  7. Place cherries onto the toothpick tops.
  8. Serve and enjoy!
