Ingredients for Spicy Roasted Cauliflower
- 1 large head of cauliflower; rinsed and dried with florets separted
- 3 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 2-3 cloves of garlic, finely minced
- 2 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 Cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

How To Roast Cauliflower
Add olive oil, garlic and red pepper flakes to a large bowl and stir to blend. Add in the prepared cauliflower florets and toss to coat.
Preheat the oven to 450° and line a large rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper or spray with non-stick spray.
Spread the seasoned cauliflower onto the baking sheet in a single layer. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
Roast in oven for about 20-25 minutes.
Remove from oven and set the oven broiler onto high. Sprinkle about 1/2 of the freshly grated parmesan cheese over the roasted cauliflower and place under broiler just long enough to begin to melt the cheese.
Remove from oven and sprinkle the remaining Parmesan cheese on top. Serve immediately while warm.
