Crockpot Chicken Ranch Sliders make an easy weeknight dinner. We will prepare enough chicken for our burritos tomorrow night! I love it when I can cook once and eat twice, don’t you!
Homemade Cole Slaw is our side dish.
Chicken and Beans Burritos! Our Beef and Bean Burritos recipe will be followed with the exception of adding shredded chicken instead of the ground beef.
This meal is a Budget Stretcher because we cooked our beans from scratch using dried beans which is super cheap and we stretched our chicken through two meals.

Cheeze-It Crusted Baked Chicken Tenders are a nice Friday night meal. We’re staying home and catching up on all the programs we have recorded on the DVR! We will open a bag of our favorite chips to go with our chicken tenders and enjoy our evening.
